Refunds and
Cancellations
- As our cakes are made to order and personalised to your specification,
orders cannot be cancelled once the cake has been made or decorated. Therefore
as a rule we do not offer refunds on cakes cancelled less than
5 days prior to the collection date.
Customer Satisfaction
Complaints are rare and are taken very seriously
so if you find you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason,
please contact us immediately.
- Repairs to cakes, including inscription mistakes, can be corrected.
You are required to give us this opportunity so please check
your cake carefully on collection and tell a member of our shop
staff if there is a problem.
It is important to us that our customers are
satisfied with every purchase made. However, we do understand
that there may be rare occasions when you wish to return goods
after purchase.
- Some complaints may require further investigation and an immediate
refund may not always be possible.
- To ensure we are able to fairly assess the nature of the complaint,
cakes or part of cakes, must be returned within three days of
purchase
- The maximum refund we offer is the value of the cake.
General Terms
Photographs displayed on our website are for
general illustration only and the ordered cake may vary from that
shown. Your statutory rights are not affected by any statements
contained in this document or our website. English law applies
to all transactions. We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions
from time to time.
